Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be handled on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Worldwide: 10–20 business days

Please note: these are average estimates. Delays caused by customs, local couriers, weather conditions, or holiday periods are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing:

  • your tracking number

  • a link to track your package

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.

Delays & Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs inspections

  • local courier handling

  • weather conditions

  • public holidays

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 25–30 business days.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We cannot guarantee delivery if the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
If the package is returned to the sender, the order can be reshipped once a new shipping fee is paid.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

A package is considered lost if:

  • the tracking shows no updates for 20 days, or

  • 35 days have passed since shipment without delivery

In such cases, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund.
